Early works (2008–2012) comprises the films Swan Girl's Palimpsest or it rained for two days, and the landscape has changed (2008), Jotta: A Minha Maladresse é uma forma de Delicatesse (2009), Imperial Girl (2010), Golden Dawn (2011) and VHS: Video Home System (2012).

The works were developed under the frame of student training or commission by Creativity and Artistic Creation Program, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian — Video Art, Lisbon (6 October – 12 December 2008), and the Fine Arts Master Program of the Sandberg Instituut, Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam (September 2009 – June 2011).
